Our pigs are carefully raised on Brubaker grower and finisher feed, starting with a 16% protein diet for the first 100 pounds of growth before transitioning to a 14% protein feed. This process is designed to develop rich, natural marbling, ensuring superior taste and tenderness. Unlike industrial operations that prioritize weight gain for profit, we focus on raising hogs for the best possible flavor, dedicating extra time and effort to produce pork that is truly exceptional.
